Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you are covered under our 60-day money back guarantee*. Any first order unopened or not, is eligible for a full refund. All other unopened bags within 60 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund minus a return/restocking fee of $5.95. Expedited Shipping fees will not be refunded on any order. Canceling or Modifying Orders

We’ll always do our best to help with order changes before shipping.

However, once an order has entered processing or a return label has been created, it cannot be canceled or modified. 

Subscription Cancellation

To avoid being charged, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 or 3 days prior to your next billing date; please note that once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier (In-Transit status), it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged Items

While rare, shipping issues can occasionally occur.

If your PeaceBlend product arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the item, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again

  2. Then contact your credit card provider, as posting times can vary

Shipping & Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location

  • Returns or exchanges lost in transit cannot be refunded without valid tracking information

Partial Order Refunds

If only part of an order is returned, refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Please note: Shipping fees, promotional discounts may affect the final refundable amount.
