How it all began!
In 2021, we found ourselves stressed out. Using excessive caffeine to keep energy levels high, the health consequences began to take their toll. We knew we needed a change. We wanted a healthy, effective, & non-drowsy way to relieve everyday stress & anxiety in a tasty drink mix that we could drink while working or relaxing after a long day.
